I've got these OVAs from a4e and ASS respectively, but nobody's done any good-quality, modern encodes of these 2 OVAs. In fact, there isn't even a complete dual-audio softsubbed version of OVA 2 out there; for some reason ASS just did Japanese-audio-only hardsub rips. I'm trying to compile the best versions of everything in the Sakura Wars franchise, and I'm hoping that Arigatou will be able to put out some h264 goodness so that I can throw out the old releases.
