New to this site and to mirc

Hi, I'm new to IRC and I happened to stumble upon here. I tried to do "@find" for a series but it says that I need to 'identify to a registered nick to speak in the channel'. So I thought that I needed to register on the site, so I did, but I still can't use anything. Can anyone help me please? Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I want to finish a series that I was dl'ing before.

You need to register in the channel to use the @find so type /ns register help for more info. Also the bot lists are on the site and are always up to date just check those and you wont need to use @find.

I'm also new to mirc. I typed in REGISTER password email, using my password and email, and I get the message: You need to identify to a registered nick to speak in that channel. Is there something else I need to do to get registered? Also, do I need to be registered to download from a bot?

you need to type "/ns REGISTER password email"
Then an email will be sent from Rizon.
Also be sure that you're not holding CTRL when you hit enter.
