my download goes so slow...

Hello:

I have the same problem that is described right here:

But I couldn't find any visible answer, so I was forced to post a new topic referring to this problem.

My downloads start with a very slow speed (from 0,07 kb/s to 5 kb/s), and after a few minutes it stops by itself (first, it said the socket was not connected; and now it has "transfer time out" problems because it remains at 0,00 kb/s for a long time).

Hello

First thing i would do is visit this link and make sure your client is configured correctly

Slow speed can also be due to distance, if your not in the USA, that will also slow things down

If that still doesnt help, talk to me on IRC (same nick i use on the forums) and hopefully we can figure out the issue.
