keep getting unable to connect

hey guys, whenever I try to download anything, I keep getting you have dcc pending set your client to receive transfer. and it also times out and said unable to connect. I was able to download my otome ep 24 just fine, so I think my settings are fine. any Ideals on what going on.

We are having issues with the data center that hosts our servers, issue should be resolved on the weekend or early next week. You may get this issue a lot durring this period. If you cant get the file be paitent and try again later. If you think your connection may be a issue make sure your settings allow you to download files.

Everything should be working again for now.
