The first season hasn't even finished being released yet.

I think it'll be a while before They start releasing the sequel.

Its gonna be a while till the 2nd season comes out, but we do have plans to continue the series.

you only encode DVDs correct ? since school rumble is hard to understand in some ways and need some special explanations in some places

We can only encode the dvd version of the series as we dont have any transulators to transulate the japanese version to english like the fansub groups do.

For harder parts of the show to understand it might be possible to add a note saying what it means, I have seen the 2nd season and some of it is unknown to westerners, but I hate to say it, Funimation usually does a decent job as to explaining it.
